Joint Village and Town Zoning Board of Appeals
MISSION STATEMENT:
It is the mission of the Village of Mount Morris Planning Department to provide competent planning, zoning and environmental assessments for the Village Board, the Planning Board, and the Zoning Board of Appeals to assist such boards in decision-making process which promotes a well arranged, physically integrated and an environmentally and ecologically sustainable community. Further, it is the goal of the Department to provide guidance to property owners with respect to land subdivision and site plan applications to result in the timely approval of construction projects.
